Location: Breckenridge, CO
Project Type: Full residential remodel
The concept behind the renovation of this tiny 1960’s house was reuse. The theme was to create sustainability and use as much of the original home’s materials and footprint as possible. Along with the homeowners, we created a design that reflects comfortable mountain living perfect for a growing family.
By keeping the original structure, we were able to preserve the charm of this mountain property. The renovation included the addition of a full master suite, office loft, two bedrooms and a gourmet kitchen. A new stone gas fireplace was added as well as gorgeous hardwood floors.
The home also boasts a mother-in-law apartment, lots of storage including a two car garage and covered carport. The large open decks and almost floor to ceiling western windows allow for plenty and light and simply incredible views.
