After graduating from Lawrence Technological University, with Bachelor degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering, Alida left the Great Lake State for Colorado.
While in college she worked year round internships in both architecture and engineering. These experiences have given her knowledge of both the creative design aspects of projects, as well as practical engineering side.
Her passions include traveling, running, hiking, snowboarding, paddle boarding and kayaking, basically anything outdoors. Along for any adventure, is her rescue mutt Ember.
After emerging from the swamps of Florida with a degree in architecture, Nick headed west to pursue his Master’s degree in Arizona. Concurrent with his studies in emerging materials and technologies, he discovered a passion for the mountains. His explorations of the wilderness inspired his work in the studio as he studied how Nature resolves the difficulties of survival in extreme environments.
After graduation, Nick worked on a variety of projects ranging from custom furniture to commercial and public buildings. He first came to Colorado on foot, hiking south from Canada on the Continental Divide Trail and fell in love with the Rockies.
Nick made the move to Summit County in 2019 excited by the challenges of working in the high altitude environment and the opportunity to share his passion for the mountains through architectural design.
After graduating with a BA (honors) degree in International Business Studies with French and German from the University of Sheffield Hallam in England Emma spent several years travelling, meeting her husband Niels along the way in Munich, Germany, before settling in Breckenridge in 2007 where they spent 12 years owning and operating a B&B.
Emma brings the experience of running a small business along with customer service skills to her new role as office manager.
Her free time is spent exploring the trails of Summit County with her rescue pup, Jade, travelling and sharing her love of baking with her coworkers.
