This 1970’s style home is located in a very desirable neighborhood in Morrison, Colorado near the famed Red Rocks Amphitheater. While the size and general appearance of the exterior of the home stayed the same, we remodeled the inside, raising the living room floor a whole level and our design also raised the level of the kitchen floor to match the entryway.

An addition was added over the garage and a complete second level created a play loft and additional bedrooms and bathrooms to the home. To complement the update, we added complementary trim and wood accents inside and out making this even more modern and fresh looking.
