One of our favorite things to do at Arapahoe Architects is to transform tired, bland spaces into something magnificent. This remodel project had several elements to it. Built in 1967, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Breckenridge Heights required renovations that were not just cosmetic in nature. There had been multiple additions over the years, very few windows and the structure was sagging.

With detailed precision we removed all the walls and reinforced the entire home. Large windows were added to maximize the forest views. Rustic barn wood doors on metal tracks lend a stylish retro chic to the space while providing an elegant solution for smaller spaces. New wood floors, wood ceilings and a new gas fireplace add a warm welcoming feeling to this cozy mountain home.
