This neglected 1920’s Potter Highlands brick bungalow underwent a complete transformation in 2019.

Interior walls were removed to open up the living, dining and kitchen spaces.

Brick was exposed in the kitchen and all original wood floors and trim were restored.

A lower-level mother-in-law suite was added with a full kitchen.

The kitchen and bathrooms were reconfigured to improve functionality and all plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling was replaced.

The historic exterior was preserved and given a fresh look by repainting exterior windows and trim. A door from the kitchen was added for direct access to the back yard.
