A new Arapahoe Architects designed single-family home is under construction in Keystone. The small lot made it a challenge to fit the client’s ambitious program (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, covered outdoor spaces, and two car garage) without simply extruding a box to the setbacks. With the help of a successful variance application and efficient space planning we were able to implement strategic variations on the façade that allowed for all the client’s goals to be incorporated while also providing an interesting and beautiful design. It’s been great watching this home take shape and seeing the views captured on the 3rd floor indoor and outdoor living spaces!
