Angler Mountain Vistas is a proposed low density, residential project which envisions 17 homes on 35 acres overlooking Silverthorne, the Gore Range and Lake Dillon.

These 2-story, mountain modern homes will feature shed roofs, covered porches and open-air decks to maximize indoor/outdoor living. The primary living spaces will be vaulted and will have expansive windows to capture the majestic views. The size will range between 3,000-3,600 sq ft finished, plus 2-car, oversized garages.

The finishes will include weathered wood and rusty metal accents with a real rock base.
