Multi-Family Project

Cabins at the Overlook

Location: Breckenridge, CO
Project Type: Multi-family Units

This development of 12 custom, luxury homes certainly lives up to its name: Cabins at the Overlook. The site was carefully planned to maximize on the stunning views overlooking French Gulch and Baldy Mountain as well as Peaks 1 and 2.

Expansive window walls and doors capture the panorama and capitalize on the abundant natural light. Large, covered porches and decks present multiple opportunities for indoor/outdoor living.

Each of the 2 story Cabins feature an oversized garage, main floor living, and a second living area on the walkout, lower level. Exposed heavy timber beams and rafters are indicative of the solid construction, designed to withstand heavy snow loads that accumulate at the 10,000ft elevation.

The exteriors are finished with natural rock and natural wood siding with rusty corrugated metal accents, all in earth tones. The interiors are finished with radiant in-floor heat (including the garage) offering individual temperature zones. The kitchens are refined with Knotty Alder cabinetry and granite slab counters as standard.
