Located in the Historic District in Breckenridge, built in 1979, and first remodeled in 1989. Needing a face lift and upgrade, this house kept the original footprint, but reconstructed the large outside deck. A new bathroom was added, remodeled the kitchen, and baths, new siding and windows.
