Framing at our project out in Keystone is moving along well! This custom home is to be the residence of one of our former Angler Mountain Ranch Cabin owners, and is located at The Alders sub-development, East of Keystone Resort.

The roof is on and progress is moving at a steady pace! We should see windows going in by the end of February.

There are some great aspects to this home showcased in the photos below. The home features large picture windows in the Dining Room and the Master Bedroom, looking out to a great view of Buffalo Mountain to the West and protected wetlands to the North.  This custom home also features tall ceilings, a large exterior deck, and a very exciting angled wall for the center of the kitchen.

While it is a small break from the norm, the angled wall has been an intriguing detail in the eyes of everyone who has come across this project. The middle of the wall features an awning window that is centered directly above the sink with transom windows above. The volumetric extension of this sink work-space area will make the kitchen feel much bigger and more connected to the exterior by simply having that extra space, while letting light in with the transom windows.

How would YOU feel about an angled wall in your kitchen?
