This tired old Breckenridge residence was begging for a total remodel. It was built in the early 70’s and had received many additions over the years. After reinforcing the foundation and the floor framing, our attention was focused on updating the interior.
Floor to ceiling steel windows and doors were added to maximize natural light and frame the mountain vistas and forest views. Interior walls were removed to create a large open living space. A clean contemporary kitchen was paired with natural wood ceilings and floors for a warm comfortable feel.
