Construction has begun on the final 17 homes at Angler Mountain Vistas in Silverthorne.

These semi-custom homes capture spectacular views of Lake Dillon and the Gore Range.

Mountain ranch style materials and building forms are re-imagined in modern home composites. Low pitched shed and gable roofs step the building massing with the natural grade of the site.

The exteriors are wrapped in a palette of natural materials: vertical weathered wood, horizontal lap wood siding, natural stone base. Burnished metal panels and rusty corrugated metal add a weathered accent.

The great room ceiling pitch matches the high shed roof and allows tall windows to capitalize on the sun and views. Vaulted spaces continue in the dining room and entry.
