Garage Expansion / Remodel
This home in the Wilderness neighborhood above Silverthorne, Colorado, was originally built in the early 80’s. The homeowner’s wanted to add a much larger (4)-car garage with a home office that captures the spectacular views of the mountains. Remodeling the existing house to create a grander entry is also a high priority.
The Design Phase
The small existing garage will be converted into an exercise room, mudroom, and a new entry. Our 3-D CAD modeling software has been used throughout the design process to give exact images of the homes transformation. A final 3-D rendering gives a realistic perspective of the garage addition and home renovation.
