This project maximizes what is possible for this compact site while still providing amazing homes with great views.

These 14 townhome units are thoughtfully situated on a 1 acre site across four buildings. The efficient site planning reconciles utility services, vehicle circulation, and emergency access without taking on the qualities of an urban infill project you’d find in the city. The buildings are well spaced, keeping views open, and each unit has a large deck where residents can safely watch moose commuting to and from the nearby wetlands.

The modern roof forms carefully manage snow to protect entrances avoid ice dams. This project combines multi-family density with rural sensibilities and a modern aesthetic with mountain performance.

From navigating the Planned Unit Development (PUD) approval process to allow for a higher density, to coordinating utility placement to effectively serve that density, and even including units dedicated for our local workforce, this project maximizes what is possible for this compact site while still providing amazing homes with great views. 14 new townhome units are situated on under 1 acre to provide a high-density neighborhood specifically for mountain living rather than simply plopping cookie cutter Denver townhomes of “anywhere” architecture. Everything we do stems from our love of the mountains and the way of life that comes with living here. Our design responds to this way of life and enhances our experience of the mountains.
