Our clients chose Whispering Pines Ranch to build this custom new home. The subdivision itself has greenbelts and features that are ideal for families or anyone who values the recreation and beauty of mountain living.

We used a mix of traditional materials such as wood siding and trim – and natural rock giving the exterior it’s characteristic mountain contemporary look while adding texture and dimension to the home.

The interior was designed with an open floor plan with clean modern lines. The kitchen features stacked stone, dark cabinets, granite counters and wood floors that tie together to create a dramatic and warm look. As we designed the home we were careful to situate it on the lot to capture the views and sunlight of the surrounding Ten Mile Range and provide our clients with a home that is both livable and elegant in its details.
