One goal of this new residence in Breckenridge was to capture the expansive views of the Ten Mile Range.  Mission accomplished.   Another goal was to be budget conscience, which is often in conflict with the design guidelines of the subdivision, The Highlands of Breckenridge.  We have achieved both by designing a 1 1/2 story house with a slab-in-grade main floor and pre-engineered roof trusses.  The house is also highly efficient due to the thermal mass of in-slab radiant heat tubing and the extra depth, continuous insulation the trusses allow.
