Design Goals: Energy efficiency, interior remodel for effective usage of floorspace
This commercial remodel entailed the adaptive reuse of the old Summit County Newspaper building on Main Street in Frisco, Co. The redevelopment of the building created approximately 10,000 square feet of classroom and administrative office space for this growing independent middle and high school. The new floor plan, new doors, updated lighting and existing barrel vault ceiling were remodeled to create a common gathering space and enhance the experience for students and educators.
